September 29th 2020 – December 31st 2020
Retroavangarda Gallery
Jerozolimskie Business Park
Aleje Jerozolimskie 146D, 02-305 Warsaw

The third edition of International Collage Exhibition organized by Retroavangarda is coming very soon. This year’s edition will see twice as many participants as last year’s event. This time we will be presenting 150 artists from 32 countries.  The artists include mainly renowned names in the field of collage art but there will also be some talented artists of younger generation, right at the beginning of their artistic careers. Some of the participants will be presenting their pieces in Europe for the first time. The exhibition in Retroavangarda Gallery will present traditional collages of different sizes, made not only on paper but also planks, canvases as well as spatial 3D collages – assemblages, which make use of various unusual materials. The exhibition will be a very interesting and unique one, an overview of styles from different parts of the world in contemporary collage art.

The curator of the exhibition is dr Anna Kłos, an academic lecturer, who dedicated her phD thesis to collage art.

Hello Anna Klos. How wonderful to be in what I consider the largest Art Collage exhibition in the world. I am very happy and super excited to be able to be present at the opening of the exhibition. I will be fulfilling a dream that started to form in 2018. Big hug.
